We take safety very seriously that's why all of our products are tested to the ASTM F963 - 17 Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety in accordance with the (CPSC) Consumer Safety Products Commission guidelines.




Where is my toy made?


We manufacture our toys in China. It's important to us that the people making our products are safe and happy, that's why we ensure all our partners meet ISO quality and safety standards before engaging with them.




Why do I need to register my toy?


Registering your toy is not mandatory but it will help us contact you in the unfortunate event of a recall or quality issue. You can find the registration form here. NOTE: We will not use this information to track or spam you.

We only ship within the USA at the moment.




How much is shipping?


We offer free shipping for all customers in the USA.




How long does shipping take?


All purchases are processed 1 - 2 days from payment. Any purchases made on the weekend will be processed the following business day. Standard shipping times estimated 4 - 7 days from processed date.




How do I seek a refund?


We have a 30 day money back guarantee, no returns! All we ask is that you submit an online form, supported by a proof of purchase and we will refund your money via PayPal. Given the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds older than 30 days from the date you received it. If you a any questions regarding this please contact us at hello@oakleyandmaple.com NOTE: If you purchased your product from a 3rd party market place (Amazon, eBay etc.) you will need to handle your return via their platform.
